All that you have to do is be responsible for your precious life and follow these  steps.

1- Reduce your intake of harmful fats

Fat consumption should not exceed 30% of total daily energy consumption. This will aid in the prevention of undesirable weight gain and noncommunicable diseases. There are various types of fat, but unsaturated fats are preferable to saturated and trans fats. Reduce saturated fat intake to less than 10% of total energy intake; reduce trans fat intake to less than 1% of total energy intake; and replace saturated and trans fats with unsaturated fats.

Fish, avocados, nuts, as well as sunflower, soy, canola, and olive oils contain the recommended unsaturated fats. Fatty meats, butter, palm oil, coconut oil, milk, cheese, margarine, and sheep fat contain saturated fats. Trans fats are present in baked and fried foods, snacks, and prepared items, including frozen pizza, crackers, cooking oils, and spreads.

Your meals should be extremely nutritious and prepared in a healthy manner. You can count on the food and drinks made in your local area, which are made naturally and with natural ingredients.

2-Don’t smoke

Non-communicable diseases such as lung disease, heart disease, and stroke are caused by tobacco use. Tobacco kills not only smokers but also nonsmokers who are indirectly exposed to it. There are around 15.9 million adult  smokers, but seven out of ten are either interested in quitting or intend to do so.

It is not too late to quit smoking for existing smokers. This action will result in immediate and long-term health advantages. If you do not smoke, congratulations! By not smoking, you fight for your right to breathe smoke-free air.

3 – Be energetic

Physical activity is defined as any movement that demands energy expenditure and is performed by the skeletal muscles. This includes physical activity performed when working, playing, doing household chores, traveling, and engaging in recreational activities. Adults between the ages of 18 and 64 should engage in at least 150 minutes per week of moderate-intensity physical activity. For additional health benefits, increase moderate-intensity physical exercise to 300 minutes per week.

4 – Regularly check your blood pressure

High blood pressure, or hypertension, is known as the “silent killer.” Many people with high blood pressure may be unaware of their condition due to the absence of symptoms. Uncontrolled hypertension can result in heart, brain, and kidney damage, among others. Have your blood pressure measured by a medical professional so you are aware of your readings. If your blood pressure is high, consult a medical professional. This is essential for preventing and treating hypertension.
