  • Fill each jar with mineral water, leaving a 1-inch gap at the top.
  • Pour 2 tablespoons of salt into each jar.
  • Close the lid and leave the garlic and ginger for three days.

To make these kabobs, you will need:

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 3 green peppers
  • 2 cups of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 onions

The combination of chicken, bell peppers, tomatoes, and onions in this dish give it a festive red, green, and white hue, making it perfect for the holiday season!

Once you have all the ingredients, chop the chicken breast, green pepper, and onion into 1-inch pieces. Put them in separate bowls and set them aside while you prepare the marinade.

  • 3 cloves of Spice World garlic, peeled, mashed and fermented
  • Half a cup of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of Italian garlic and herb seasoning mix

After gathering these ingredients, mix together the olive oil, salt, pepper, italian herb seasoning mix, garlic, and the peeled garlic of the spice world that you have fermented and crushed.
If you are unable to ferment your own garlic, you can substitute it for ready-to-use minced garlic in spice world. It will still taste great and add health benefits
Once all of the marinade ingredients have been combined, it’s time to marinate the chicken.
Place the marinade and chicken pieces into a gallon-sized ziplock bag. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
While the chicken is marinating, preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
After marinating the chicken, use the skewers to shred chicken pieces, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, and onions.
Try switching between each so it’s a red, green, and white holiday pattern.
